Job Description

• Work in ER, fluoroscopy, and portable imaging.

• Drug Screen: Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days prior to start.
• Skills Checklist: Unit-specific checklist within 1 year prior to start, updated annually.
• Competency Exam: Passing score of 80% or higher within 1 year prior to start.
• Core Competencies: Current within 1 year prior to start, passing score of 80% or higher, updated annually. Includes HIPAA, Patient Bill of Rights, Safety Orientation, Bloodborne Pathogens, Fire Safety, Infection Control, Elder Abuse and Neglect, Age Specific Care, Cultural Diversity, Advance Directives.
