Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of Vascular Access experience
- Vascular Access experience within the last year
- 1 year or more of total travel experience
- Phlebotomy experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Preferred Experience
- USGPIV experience preferred
Onboarding Requirements
- Resume including the past 7 years of work experience, with city and state for all work experience and education
- 2 references within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
- Fit test and respirator medical clearance attestation, if required for the skill
- Medication exam with a passing score of 80% within 365 days
- MMR documentation or proof of immunity
- TB test documentation within 3 months of start date
- Health statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA
- Criminal background check
- Massachusetts CORI check
- SSN trace
- National sex offender check
- Exclusion checks
- Education verification
- Confirmation of assignment/POI form
- Beeline attestation
