Job Opportunity: RN Medical/Surgical

Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Description

  • Interpret medical care plans and assess patients' clinical needs.
  • Provide safe, competent, and individualized nursing care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records.
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
  • Record medical information and vital signs.
  • Monitor, record, and report changes in patient conditions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Modify treatment plans based on patient responses and conditions.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Practical nursing skills and knowledge relevant to patient care and treatment.
  • Understanding of care requirements for different age groups.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
