Job Opportunity: ARRT Certified Radiologic Tech

Location: Salem, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Position in the Cardiac Cath Lab (Cardiac Catheterization and EP lab) with 2 rooms.
• Procedures include PCI, Impella, balloon pump, device implants, ablations, and more.
• Work schedule: 4x10 hour day shifts (7:00 am - 5:30 pm) plus 7 call shifts per 4-week schedule block, including 3 full weekend call shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Potential floating to Interventional Radiology.
• Patient population: Adult.
• EMR system: EPIC - Cupid.
• Equipment used: Toshiba X-Ray, Cannon equipment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Massachusetts
• ARRT Certification as Radiologic Technologist
• Minimum 3 years of recent Cath Lab Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• Interventional cardiac experience
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• PCI experience
• Scrub experience for device implants, lead revision, and ablations
• Experience with EPIC EMR system

Required Health and Compliance Credentials

• Fit Test (N95 respirator) within 365 days of start date, updated annually.
• MMR vaccination or proof of immunity.
• Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 15), no exemptions.
• TB screening within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test), updated if >6 month break.
• Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date.
• Criminal background checks including state and national registries.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity is strongly preferred.
• Respirator Medical Clearance attestation.
• Confirmation of Assignment/POI form upon acceptance.
• Education verification and professional references required.
• Resume including past 7 years of work experience.
• Skills checklist and candidate submission coversheet required for submission.
