Job Description

As an RN in the Operating Room, you will provide safe, therapeutic, and individualized care to patients and their families. Responsibilities include:

• Performing comprehensive nursing assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Implementing and adapting nursing interventions based on patient needs and cultural considerations.
• Evaluating patient and family progress toward goals and adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Advocating for patients and families, ensuring their participation in decision-making.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and optimize patient care.
• Delegating tasks appropriately within the healthcare team.
• Documenting patient care and communication in compliance with policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license appropriate for California.
• Must have scrub experience.
• Experience in orthopedic, neurological, and robotic surgery settings.
• Higher years of specialty experience expected (implied by advanced skills in ortho, neuro, and robotics).
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
