Job Opportunity: Nurse Supervisor

Location: Brooklyn, New York
Employment Type: Acute - Nursing
Contract Length: 14 weeks

Job Summary

Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
Monitor patient care performance and assess units with nurse managers.
Communicate and assist with corrective actions as needed.
Develop record-keeping systems to document medication errors and counseling.

Required Qualifications

Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of nursing experience.
- At least 5 years in a supervisory role.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Certifications & Licensure:
- Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Primary Source Verification of RN License and Registration from NYS Department of Education (NYSED).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Nursing.
