Employment Type: Long Term
Contract Length: 26 weeks (approximately 6 months)
Shift: Day shift (AM)

Must complete documentation directly with the therapy provider before starting the assignment.
Candidates can start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license immediately.
Candidates with permanent or PRN work history at this provider within the last year are not eligible to return until separated for one year.
Equipment details will be provided during the interview.
Parking and dress code information will be provided on the first day.

Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in Washington (permanent license required; compact license allowed only to start).
Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience.
Physical Therapy Assistant experience within the last year.
