Job Opportunity: RN - ICU Boarders in PACU
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide nursing care to ICU boarders located in the PACU unit.
- Patient population primarily consists of trauma overflow; previous trauma training is not required.
- May float to Emergency Department for ICU holds or to other ICU/Stepdown units based on need and census.
- Unit operating hours: Monday 7am to Saturday 7pm, no Sundays. Blocked scheduling may be considered.
- Responsibilities include assessing, implementing, and evaluating patient care under physician direction.
- Collaborate with patients, families, healthcare team members to individualize care.
- Direct nursing support staff according to nursing practice standards and policies.
- Additional specialty education, training, or certifications may be required.
Required Qualifications
- License: Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in ICU or relevant clinical specialty
