Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Shift: 8-hour Nights (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Work in a high-volume hospital laboratory environment (600+ beds).
- Experience with Sysmex and CellaVision laboratory systems is required.
- Perform accurate differentials, especially important due to large neonatal units.
- Handle a wide variety of complex samples daily, including turbid specimens, platelet clumps, and abnormal cell findings.
- Candidates must be competent in managing these challenges to avoid extensive training and delays in readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a large hospital laboratory setting.
- Proficiency with Sysmex and CellaVision systems.
- Ability to perform accurate differentials and manage complex specimen types.
Additional Information
- No local candidates within 50 miles are available.
- Schedule includes every other weekend rotation.
