Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Location: Ada, Oklahoma
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Facility & Setting

• Primarily Medical/Surgical with occasional Acute Rehab
• Facility size: 70 Medical/Surgical beds, 12 Acute Rehab beds
• EMR system: EPIC

Position Details

• Number of positions: 1
• Start date: December 15th, 2025
• Reason for opening: Replacement of permanent staff
• May be required to float to Acute Rehab unit

Experience Requirements

• Open to new graduates with appropriate clinical affiliation
• Previous staff rehired include William Vaughn and Paul Spano

• Dress code: Black scrubs
• Parking: Onsite available
