• Unit: Intermediate Care Unit (2nd Floor)
• Number of Beds: 12
• Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
• Patient Ratio: 4:1
• Shift: Not specified
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
• Call Requirements: None
• Float Requirements: Yes, to Telemetry and Critical Care at times
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) System: MEDITECH MEDHOST

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky
• Minimum 2 years of Intermediate Care experience, including experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Cardiac nursing experience
