- Orientation is completed with facility staff
- IV-C for LPNs is preferred

- No on-call or call-back
- Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using housing, and housing is at additional cost
- No charge differential
- Backouts or quits with less than 14 days’ notice incur a fee
