Minimum 3 years experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Gynecology nursing
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
STABLE certification preferred but not required
Prior travel experience not explicitly required

12-hour night shifts with some day shifts
Every other weekend and holiday required
Nurse-to-patient ratios:
- 1:1 or 1:2 for L&D
- 1:3 for mom/baby couplets
- 1:4 for gynecology patients
- Combination of mom/babies and gyn patients: 1:5-6
Unit size: 19 beds
Dress code: Navy blue scrubs for gynecology and mom/baby care; hospital-provided scrubs for L&D

Must badge in and out at the facility
Clinicians who have previously worked at this facility must have an end date at least 6 months prior to submission
Local travelers with permanent addresses within 80 miles are not accepted
Orientation: 36 hours for travelers
Willingness to float to NB nursery and NICU required
