Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with Robotics cases

Scheduling & Shifts

• Shift Lengths: 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm), 12-hour shifts (9am–9pm), 10-hour shifts (7am–5pm)
• Mostly self-scheduling; generally no block scheduling
• Weeknight call required: 3–4 shifts every 6 weeks
• Weekend call: Not typically required unless additional help is needed
• Holiday call: Required
• Call response time: 2 hours
• No floating within the facility; may float within a designated zone only under extreme need

Orientation

• Unit-specific orientation: 2 days, 7am–7pm, Friday through Sunday
• Clinicians must be in-state for the week of orientation, even if some modules are remote

Additional Information

• Dress code: Blue surgical scrubs provided
• Driving license must be submitted; radius for travel is 60 miles
