Shift: Day shift, Monday–Friday
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Overview

Provide professional nursing care in a cardiology clinic setting, including patient care, patient education, and coordination with patients, families, caregivers, and the healthcare team.

Required Qualifications

Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
Cardiology experience within the last year
1 year of cardiology experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association

Experience

One year of nursing experience preferred

Key Skills and Knowledge

Practical nursing principles and skills for patient care and treatment
Knowledge of safety hazards and precautions
Office procedures and medical terminology
Basic ICD-10 and CPT coding guidelines
Clear communication and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to remain calm in emergencies and make quick, effective decisions
Ability to administer medications and treatments and use examination/treatment equipment
