Job Details
- Schedule options:
- 4x10 or 4x12 hour shifts
- Day/Evening rotational and variable shifts including weekends and call
- Shift examples:
- 4x10 day shifts: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri), 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Wed)
- 4x12 day shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri), 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM (Wed)
- 4x10 evening shifts: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 4x12 evening shifts: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
- Weekend shifts are 12 hours, with 8 or 10 hour shifts during the same week to meet contracted weekly hours
- Level I trauma experience is required

- TB test documentation within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test), updated if >6 month break
- Physician health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date, updated if >6 month break
- Respirator Medical Clearance attestation (if fit test required)
- Optional but strongly preferred: Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of immunity, Tdap vaccine within 10 years
- If positive TB test, documentation of negative chest x-ray required
Additional Requirements
- Submission of a recent color badge photo (no selfies, plain background, shoulders up, no eyeglasses)
- Completion of skills checklist and candidate submission coversheet required for submission
- Confirmation of assignment/POI form required upon acceptance and for any extensions

This is a long-term travel nursing assignment for an experienced RN in the Operating Room with Level I trauma experience.
