- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:1, 1:2 for ICU status, 1:3 for stepdown/non ICU
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of Neonatal ICU experience
- Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment
- Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
- BLS, AHA
- NRP, AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics Neonatal Resuscitation Program
Preferred Qualifications
- PALS, AHA
Onboarding / Compliance
- MMR documentation or positive IGG titer; no declinations accepted
- Fit test required for all travelers
- Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or signed declination
- Influenza vaccine required; declinations accepted with masking requirement
- Health statement or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
- Driver’s license or state ID must be current, match address on file, and show front/back
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
- Varicella immunity/vaccination documentation; no declinations accepted
- Tdap valid for 10 years from administration date; no declinations or attestations accepted
