Preferred

CVICU and Neuro experience (not required)

Float Scope

Will be given patients within skill set
May be assigned Med/Surg/IMC patients if needed
Will float to Neuro ICU and Burn ICU
Will float onsite within skill set, or to sites within 40 miles if needed

Requirements

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience
Critical Care Float experience (2 years)
Critical Care Float experience within the last year
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
NIHSS certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Driver's license or state ID (not expired, matching address on file, front and back)

Optional

Unit-specific checklist (uploaded by unit leader within a week of onboarding)
Legal name change documentation, if applicable
