RN ICU - Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Overview

- Schedule: EOW, EOH
Preferred
- CVICU and Neuro experience (not required)
Float Scope
- Will be given patients within skill set
- May be assigned Med/Surg/IMC patients if needed
- Will float to Neuro ICU and Burn ICU
- Will float onsite within skill set, or to sites within 40 miles if needed
Requirements
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience
- Critical Care Float experience (2 years)
- Critical Care Float experience within the last year
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- NIHSS certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Driver's license or state ID (not expired, matching address on file, front and back)
Optional
- Unit-specific checklist (uploaded by unit leader within a week of onboarding)
- Legal name change documentation, if applicable
