Job Description

• Position involves working night shifts as a Radiology Technician.
• Contract length is approximately 13 weeks.

Required Qualifications

• Radiology Technician with at least 1 year of experience.
• Radiology Technician experience within the last year.
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Health & Immunization Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccine with booster proof (valid through September 2025); declination or exemption requires agency letterhead.
• MMR: Proof of 2 vaccinations or IgG titer lab report.
• Hepatitis B: Must have started vaccination series prior to start date (1st shot before start, 2nd shot 30 days later, 3rd shot 6 months later). Titers not accepted.
• Influenza vaccine is optional.
• Varicella: Proof of 1 vaccination or IgG titer lab report.
• Tdap: Current, non-expired vaccine required; declination accepted if no pediatric interaction.
• 2-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test required; positive TB requires chest x-ray within last year for Michigan.
• Fit test for respirator (specific mask type required).
• Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work within the last year.
• Respirator evaluation with physician signature required.

Background & Screening Requirements

• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC).
• Federal, nationwide, and county criminal background check covering last 7 years, including SSN verification.
• Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma.
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) checks dated within past 30 days.
• National Sex Offender Registry check dated within 30 days.
• Conflict of Interest Disclosure and Code of Conduct forms signed and on file.
• Confidentiality and Information System Security Agreement signed.
• Integrity and Audit Services form signed shortly before start.
• System Access form completed and uploaded one week before start.

Additional Requirements

• Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors.
• Trinity profile including resume, skills checklist (within one year), and two professional references.
• Joint Commission CORE exam completed within the past year.
• Color vision test required.

Summary

This is a night shift Radiology Tech position in Michigan with a 13-week contract.
