Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (2 years of experience)
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a high-acuity hospital
Cath lab experience

Key Role Details

Provides individualized peri-anesthesia nursing care from admission through discharge
Cares for geriatric, adult, and adolescent patients
Requires knowledge of peri-anesthesia standards of care, airway management, nursing assessment parameters, and pharmacology
Float coverage may be required to other campuses if needed and census permits
