Schedule

• Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00–17:00.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Missouri.
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Home Health (1 year of experience).
• Home Health experience within the last year.
• One completed travel assignment.
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Experience in Supervisory roles.
• Driver's License.
• Hospice experience.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase.
• Experience with OASIS.
• Must have agency-required liability insurance.
• Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic.
• Must have at least 2 references.
• Must verify at least 2 most recent employers, or the last 7 years if only one employer exists in that period.
• Must complete a physical exam within 12 months of start.
• Must provide negative TB testing or chest X-ray within 12 months of start.
• Must complete a 10-panel drug screen.
• Must provide proof of immunity or vaccination documentation for Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Flu, and COVID as specified in the source.
• Must complete required background checks and state-specific screenings for Missouri placements.
• Must sign required compliance, confidentiality, privacy, and home health documentation before start.
• Must have personal or auto insurance for Home Health placements.
