Valid RN license in Arizona
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Behavioral Health (2 years of experience)
Behavioral Health experience within the last year
Med Surg experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Experience in Charge roles
Tube feedings
NG tube insertion / maintenance
Foley catheter insertion / maintenance
Starting and maintaining IVs
Experience with involuntary commitment or legal hold procedures
Must be willing to float PRN to 3 facilities within 24 miles of the main site: Mesa, Roosevelt, and Maryvale
Must be willing to float down to BHT PRN
Must be willing to perform charge role for all areas, including med-psych
