Complex Medical Unit – Acute Care RN

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Knoxville, Tennessee
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
36 hours per week
Contract length: 13 weeks
Start dates: November 16 and November 30
Typical ratio: 1:6
First-time travelers accepted
Weekend requirement: every other weekend
On-call not required
Block scheduling may be accommodated based on patient and unit needs
Time off during entire holiday weeks will not be approved; individual dates may be negotiable depending on staffing needs

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
2 years of Med Surg experience
Med Surg experience within the last year
Experience in an Acute Care setting
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Experience with basic dysrhythmia interpretation
Experience with Cerner
