Day shift: 4x10s, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM

Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in California
Cath Lab Technologist (1 year of experience)
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
1 year or more of total travel experience
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Driver's License

Work Expectations

Call coverage required
Scheduled at both campuses to support Cath Lab needs
Supports the OR for vascular cases

Compliance / Onboarding

Driver’s license or state ID with address required
7-year background check required within 30 days of start
EPLS/GSA/SAM check required within 30 days of start and monthly thereafter
HHS/OIG check required within 30 days of start and every 30 days thereafter
HIPAA acknowledgement required
Badge photo required before start
Online orientation required
Flu declination form required before start
Physical exam or statement of health required within 1 year of start and updated annually
Fit mask required within 12 months of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray required within 1 year of start and updated annually
Drug screen required within 30 days prior to start
