Required Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Valid RN license in Oregon
• Infusion experience with 2 years of experience
• Infusion experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Experience with Epic

Experience

• 3+ years of outpatient oncology experience preferred

Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID required on first day for badge issuance
• Background check and related screening items must be completed before start
• Must review and sign facility-specific documents before start
• Must be fully available for compliance needs up to the start date
• Must complete required health documentation, including immunization and TB requirements
• Must complete required skills checklist within 1 year of start
• Must provide two manager or supervisor references from the last 24 months

Health Requirements

• Fit testing required within 1 year prior to start
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray required
• TB questionnaire required
• Tdap required within 10 years or signed declination
• Flu vaccination or signed declination required
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity or declination documentation required
• Drug screen required within 3 months prior to start

Additional Notes

• Candidate must complete required onboarding modules before start
• Safe vaccine administration module is required for RNs except OR RNs
• Medication override test is not required before start
