Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Seymour, Indiana
• 13-week assignment
• Night shift: 3x12, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• ASAP start
• First-timers accepted depending on experience
• Locals accepted within 80 miles at local rate
• May float within scope to meet facility needs
• RTO: call out if more than a week

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Indiana
• Med Surg (2 years of experience)
• Med Surg experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License
• Meditech Expanse familiarity
• 2 professional references from within the past 3 years
• Background check within 1 year of start covering all locations lived/worked/in school, updated annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• Education verification, diploma, or transcript required
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Tdap
• Negative TB or chest X-ray within 1 year prior to start
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation
• Hepatitis B immunity or declination if applicable
• 9-panel drug screen within 1 year prior to start
• Orientation safety manual acknowledgement
• State license verification
• Medication test/pharmacology competency exam
• Competency exam within 12 months of start, updated annually
• Skills checklist annually
• Facility-specific documents and learning modules must be completed as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS
• PALS
