Role Overview

• Travel/Contract position in Warm Springs, Montana.
• State hospital setting.
• Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:00–17:00.
• Open to 4x10 or 5x8 schedules.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist license in Montana.
• RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (1 year of experience).
• RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist experience within the last year.
• 1 year or more of total travel experience.
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Experience working with Geriatric patients.
• Driver's License.
• Two professional references verified within 3 years of start.
• Unit-specific skills checklist.
• Employment application.
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam with an 80% score.
• Competency Exam with a passing score.
• Background check including SS Trace, county searches for the past 7 years of lived/worked/in-school locations, nationwide search, and sex offender search.
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check, done annually.
• HHS/OIG check, done annually.
• Physical exam within 1 year.
• Fit test within 12 months of start and updated annually.
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start.
• TB questionnaire annually.
• Rubeola, Mumps, and Rubella immunity documentation.
• Hepatitis B documentation.
• Varicella documentation.
• 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start.
• Flu vaccination or agency declination required year round.
• COVID vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption on file.
• Government-issued photo ID / current driver’s license.

Preferred

• ACLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• PALS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• CPI certification.
