Winter coverage assignment
10-week contract
Night shift, 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
36 hours per week
One campus assignment with possible rotation to other campuses and ED observation
Will crosstrain and float to other campuses and ED observation
Average ratio: 1:6 on days and 1:6 on nights
First-timers accepted
Every other weekend required
Block scheduling may be accommodated
Pending license accepted
Guaranteed hours

Valid RN license in Connecticut
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ED - Emergency Department (1.5 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
NIHSS
Must start by 12/18/2026
No holiday RTO
No more than 5 days RTO
No on-call
