Assignment Details

Travel/Contract
Night shift, 3x12 hours: 18:00 to 6:00
36 hours per week
13-week contract
Days, weekends, and holidays required
Every other weekend
Float as needed within scope to like units
No on-call
No block scheduling
No locals within 50 miles of the main campus
No holiday RTO accepted
Up to 4 days of RTO allowed
Guaranteed hours apply after the call-off policy of 2 shifts per 13-week assignment is met

Required Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in North Carolina
Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Experience working with Pediatric patients
Experience working with Adult patients
Pending license not accepted
State license verification
NIH Stroke Certification
BLS
Pass/Fail Testing acknowledgment
Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam, as applicable
Background check
Education verification
Physical exam within 1 year
Negative TB or chest X-ray within 1 year
Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within the last 10 years
Drug testing: negative 10-panel within 30 days
Flu vaccine or approved exemption during flu season
COVID vaccine not required
