Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota
• 13-week assignment
• 12-hour evening shift with rotating start times: 0900-2130, 1100-2330, or 1500-0330
• 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Minnesota
• ED - Emergency Department (3 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred

• 3 years experience
• PALS
• ACLS from American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
• BLS preferably from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
• PALS preferably from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross

Additional Information

• Government issued photo ID required
• Flu vaccine or declination required during flu season
• Hepatitis B documentation required: titer, declination, or vaccine series
• Varicella documentation required: titer, 2 vaccines at least 4 weeks apart, or history of chicken pox
• Rubeola, Mumps, and Rubella documentation required for candidates born in 1957 or later
• Badge Information Form required prior to HDD
