Role Overview

Travel/Contract RN position in an acute care hospital
Night shift: 4x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
36 guaranteed hours per week
13-week assignment
First-time travelers accepted
Weekend work required
Floating is required within MS/TELE units based on need
Locals accepted
RTO must be submitted before an offer; up to 5 days of RTO and 1 holiday off approved
Block scheduling is not accommodated
Client can cancel up to 3 shifts during the assignment

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Cons

Management likes to micromanage and offload their own case load onto the Assistants. They also spy on you as you are working or documenting.
