Pros
Low stress work environment. You get to sit your whole shift if you want. Pretty easy learning curve. Managers and team leads are usually pretty approachable and responsive.
Cons
Not quite as organized as other places. Can get Very cold, especially in winter. Lots of tedious container prep requirements from OR.
