Job Opportunity: Operating Room Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)

Location: Escondido, California
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts, nights
Float between two campuses
Backfill for General Surgery (G.S.)
Requires multi-specialty OR experience including robotic surgery, orthopedic arthroscopy, and total joints
Experience with Cerner EMR charting preferred

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Minimum 2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience, including experience within the last year
Orthopedics experience
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) issued by the American Heart Association
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Education: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
