Job Opportunity: Pathologists Assistant

Location: Lexington, Kentucky
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 16 weeks
Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule: No on-call, nights, weekends, or autopsy coverage

Job Description

Perform high complexity testing and grossing procedures as a Pathologists' Assistant.
Prior grossing experience required.
ASCP certified Pathologists' Assistant (PA(ASCP)) certification is mandatory.
Experience with Epic Beaker and Voice Dictation is preferred.
Local travelers within 100 miles are not eligible for this position.

Required Qualifications

ASCP certification as a Pathologists' Assistant.
Minimum of 1 year of Pathologists' Assistant experience within the last year.
