Location
- Palo Alto, California
Schedule
- Rotating shifts
- 12 hours per day
- 36 hours per week
Contract Length
- 9 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Valid RN license in California
- CVPICU (3 years of experience)
- CVPICU experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Role Summary
- Provides independent patient care using the nursing process
- Manages more complex patient care assignments
- Works with the interprofessional team to coordinate care across the continuum
- May guide, assist, and direct unlicensed assistive personnel
- Can care for patients from infancy through adulthood
