Assignment Length

13 weeks

Schedule

Call coverage starts at 5:30 PM and ends at 7:00 AM
Weekend call coverage is required every 4 weeks
1–2 nights per week of call

Clinical Setting

2 labs
6-bay prep and recovery area
4–10 cases per day
STEMI center
Peripheral vascular procedures: diagnostic and interventional
Cath procedures: diagnostic and interventional
EP implants
Pacemaker and ICD implants and generator changes
Aflutter ablations

Required Qualifications

Cath Lab Technologist with 2 years of experience
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
ACLS
RCIS

Clinical Experience

Scrubbing elective and emergent cases
Scrubbing with interventionalists during STEMIs
Experience with Shockwave, Penumbra, IABP, and Impella
Scrubbing experience with peripheral diagnostic and interventional cases
Experience with Rotablator
