Registered Nurse - Endoscopy

Location: New York, NY
Employment Type: Long Term
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Unit: Endoscopy
Shift Times:
- 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 37.5 (choice)
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Call Requirement: None
Float Requirement: Yes, to units within acuity appropriate for skillset
Dress Code: Navy bottoms with white top and dark shoes, or all white with white shoes

Required Qualifications

Current New York State RN License
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
2 years of Endoscopy specialty experience within the last 3 years (highest required years of experience)
ACLS (American Heart Association) certification
PALS (American Heart Association) certification
BLS (American Heart Association) certification
Experience with EMR systems
Skills checklist matching required skill set
Experience with both pediatric and adult patients
Willingness to float to appropriate units based on skillset

Additional Information

Interviews required: Voice Advantage Interview and Nurse Manager Screening/Interview
Weekly start dates available
Local travelers from NYC may be considered upon review and approval
No call or weekend differential pay
Offers valid for 48 business hours after issuance
