• Work Hours: 32 hours per week during holiday weeks; standard 40 hours per week otherwise

Job Description

• Documentation must be completed directly with the therapy provider before starting the assignment.
• Candidates can start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license immediately.
• Candidates with a permanent license must have a permanent license (no compact license accepted).
• Candidates who have worked at this provider within the last year (permanent or PRN) are not eligible to return until separated for one year.
• Equipment will be provided during the interview.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas
