Job Opportunity: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - NICU (Travel)

Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night shift (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM)
Hours: 36 guaranteed hours per week (except orientation week and holidays)
Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holiday rotation
Float: Between NICU, Pediatrics, and Deliveries

Required Qualifications

Wisconsin license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA PALS, and NRP
Minimum 2 years of experience as an RT, with Level 3 or 4 NICU experience firmly required
Experience with NAVA, Servo ventilation, oscillators, and neonatal resuscitation at deliveries
Epic charting experience within the last year

Additional Information

The NICU is transitioning from Level 2 to Level 3 with a family integrated care model
Travel experience is strongly preferred but skilled first-time travelers will be considered
Must be resilient, able to manage change well, open to feedback, and a hard worker
Hospital provides scrubs
Contractors must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility

Notes

Orientation includes an 8-hour unbillable session
Candidate must start medical compliance within 48 hours of offer acceptance (24 hours for quick start)
