Pediatric Rehab Occupational Therapist
Overview
- Outpatient Pediatric Rehab Occupational Therapist role in Peoria, Illinois.
- Contract length: 13 weeks.
- Shift: Days, 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license, or confirmation that the application process has been initiated.
- BLS (AHA), which can be completed on hire.
- At least 1 year of pediatric experience.
- Must produce a negative drug screen for all panels.
Assignment Details
- Outpatient OT for birth through 18 years old.
- Up to 10 patients per day.
- Treatment times are 45 minutes, with 90-minute evaluations.
- Schedule is Monday-Friday: 3 days 8:00 AM-4:30 PM and 2 days 9:00 AM-5:30 PM.
- Weekend work is not expected, but may be offered if the clinician has inpatient experience.
- Holiday work is not required.
- Scrubs are preferred.
- Department orientation includes a binder and a preceptor.
