Cardiac Cath Lab RN

Overview

  • 13-week assignment in Houston, Texas
  • Day shift, 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week
  • 4x10s, 7a-5p
  • 719-bed Level I Trauma facility
  • Cardiac Cath Lab unit with 11 labs
  • Unit volume: 40–50 cases per day
  • Call: 4–5 per month, including 1 weekend per month

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Texas
  • Cardiac Cath Lab (3 years of experience)
  • Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • NIHSS
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience circulating
  • Experience monitoring in Mac Lab
  • Experience scrubbing
  • Preferred case experience: Interventional, structural, and EP
