Role Summary

Oversees daily OR operations, staff management, patient care oversight, quality outcomes, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Covers surgical services across Urology, ENT, Vascular, OB/GYN, Cardiothoracic, General Surgery, and Acute Care Surgery.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
3 years of OR - Operating Room experience
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
Experience in Manager roles
BLS
