Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid Clinical Lab Assistant license in California
- Clinical Lab Assistant experience within the last year
- 1 year of Clinical Lab Assistant experience
- CPT-1 or CPT-2
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- High school diploma
Preferred Experience
- One year of experience as a phlebotomist preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture, including heel-stick and finger-stick
- Perform specimen collection, labeling, and processing
- Assist with specimen processing and non-technical patient testing tasks under supervision
- Maintain laboratory paperwork and records
- Help keep the laboratory clean, orderly, and well stocked
