Overview

• Outpatient physical therapy role in Texas.
• 8-hour day shift.
• 13-week contract.
• 36 hours guaranteed, with expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas

Preferred Qualifications

• Outpatient experience preferred.

Work Setting and Scope

• Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility may be paid at the local rate.
• May float to other clinics as volume ramps in the new clinic.
• Float locations include Waxahachie, Grand Prairie, and Burleson.
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week.
• Expected to see 12–14 patients per day.
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected.
