Location: Portland, Maine
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Position Details
- Specialty: Adult Electrophysiology Lab
- Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
- Weekend Hours: 36 hours (unless otherwise noted)
- Call Requirements: None
- Number of Openings: 2
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Electrophysiology Technician experience, including experience within the last year
- Experience with Epic EMR system
Preferred Experience
- Adult Electrophysiology and Ablation procedures
- Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) implant experience
Unit Information
- Patient Type: Adult Cardiac patients
- Equipment used: GE CardioLab, Philips X-Ray
- EMR system: EPIC
- No float requirements
Work Environment & Culture
- Team player with flexibility to shift between low and high complexity procedures quickly
- Dress code: Green scrubs provided by department
Additional Notes
- Department and institution yearly competencies required
- Yearly privacy and security training required
