Occupational Therapist (OT) - Travel Position

Location: Towanda, Pennsylvania
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Facility & Setting

• Acute Rehab facility with 15 beds
• Position is strictly on the Acute Rehab unit (no floating to other units)
• EMR system: EPIC
• Parking: Onsite
• Dress code: Slate/gray scrub colors

Position Details

• Number of positions: 1
• Start date: December 20, 2025
• Reason for opening: Replacement of permanent staff
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, normal hours with 1 Saturday coverage per month (with a flex day)
• Preferred experience level: Any

Licensing & Clearance Requirements

• Must be licensed in Pennsylvania
• All fingerprints must be submitted before clearance:

  • Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance required
  • Department of Human Services fingerprinting required
  • FBI Department of Aging fingerprinting accepted if done within last two years; otherwise, new prints required
  • PA State Police Clearance (PATCH) required; volunteer clearances not accepted

Additional Notes

• This is a travel contract position
• Candidate must comply with all state-required background checks and fingerprinting prior to start
• Facility does not require floating to other units; focus is solely on Acute Rehab patients
