Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg (Days)

Location: Sioux City, Iowa
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. You may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Normal work hours: 36-40 hours/week (overtime billable after 40 hours)
Orientation schedule available with multiple start dates
Electronic Medical Record system: EPIC
Night shift bonus and holiday pay available
Call back and on-call pay available

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa
Minimum 1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system

Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 prior travel contract completed preferred

Additional Information

Not eligible if employed by this health system within the last 12 months
Floating within the same discipline across local campuses may be required
