Registered Nurse (RN) Travel Assignment - Claremont, New Hampshire

Job Overview

• Specialties Needed: Medical/Surgical (MS), Telemetry (Tele), Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Assignment Type: Temporary travel contract
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Patient Population: Newborn to Geriatric
• RN to Patient Ratio:

  • General: 5:1 (depending on acuity)
  • Higher acuity PCU patients: 3:1 or 4:1 (day and night shifts)
• Work Environment: Small, rural hospital setting
• Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color
• Shift Details: No call or call-back required; no non-billable orientation

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years experience in PCU, Medical/Surgical, and Telemetry nursing
• Telemetry experience is required
• Basic dysrhythmia test must be included in profile
• Prior travel experience is highly preferred (not mandatory)
• Rural or small facility experience is highly preferred
• Experience with cardiac monitoring in Medical/Surgical setting required
• Must be able to work independently and "hit the ground running"

Licensure & Certifications

• Must have a New Hampshire RN license or a Compact RN license in-hand at submission (no pending licenses accepted)
• Required certifications:

  • ACLS (AHA)
  • BLS (AHA)
• New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate is required for staffing

Additional Requirements

• Candidate must have their own vehicle for the assignment
• Candidate’s permanent address must be included in the profile
• Facility will not consider candidates residing within 50 miles of the hospital
• All requested time off (RTO) must be included and verified at submission; no scheduling requests or changes will be approved after offer
• No block scheduling or schedule accommodations allowed
• Candidates working another permanent or travel assignment concurrently will not be considered
