Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Madera, California
• Part-time schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 24 hours per week
• Contract length: 26 weeks

Preferred Experience

• Pediatrics or Plastic Surgery experience

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Pediatrics (2 years of experience)
• Pediatrics experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Required Compliance / Health Items

• 7-year criminal background check within 30 days of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG within 30 days of start
• Copy of diploma/transcripts or Education Verification
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit test within 6 months of start
• Proof of Tdap vaccination
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• TB questionnaire
• Rubeola (Measles) immunity documentation
• Mumps immunity documentation
• Rubella immunity documentation
• Hepatitis B immunity documentation
• Varicella immunity documentation
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 6 months of start
• Flu vaccine or approved flu exemption during flu season
• COVID vaccination is preferred, but not required

Additional Notes

• Candidate must review and sign facility orientation and policy documents before start
• Respirator clearance may be completed onsite if needed
